It is a two-component lubricating grease: it contains lithium soaps with molybdenum disulphide, suitable to be exposed to heavy stresses and high temperatures. It substitutes those greases or lubricants that lose their gripping action at higher temperatures due to their composition, and that boast a low drop point value.  Thanks to the typical ‘sponge’ structure of the lithium soap, the adherence to the surfaces to lubricate is such to avoid destruction phenomena of the grease, as it often occurs in ball bearings and rolls. Other types of additives are also contained in the product like: anti-rust and anti-oxidants.

Ideal for mechanics, maintenance operators, plumbers, thermo technicians. 

Main characteristics:

• High temperatures: it does not cause residues, it does not thicken, and neither decomposes. 
• High operating temperatures: it ensures perfect lubrication also when subject to heavy work loads. 
• Dust and humidity: it does not absorb humidity since it does not hydrolyze, it is water-repellent and anti-static.

METHODS OF USE

GREASE MoS2 is suitable to lubricate chains of furnaces, gears, bearings, pins, screws, and in general all mechanisms that operate at high temperature or under heavy loads, or where environmental conditions do not allow using common lubricants. Distribute the grease with a spatula or brush. If you use the 400 ml spray bottle, shake it well before spraying to avoid clogging the valve, even irreversibly.

The package in 600 gr cartridge must be used with the specific lubrication pump available among the equipment.
