Neat cutting oil containing mineral oil and additives with lubricating properties. It is a specific product for cutting and working aluminium and all its alloys.

• The product features low vapour pressure, which is able to minimize the emission of mists and fumes. 
• It boasts good lubricating properties, which minimize the wearing of the tool, thus increasing its useful life.
• It is free of any unpleasant odours and boasts a high flashpoint, thus being safer for the operator. 
• The doses of use of the product are extremely low, therefore it is a cost effective solution
• It is particularly resistant against oxidation and microbiological degradation. 
• When added to the solution, it eliminates the development of foam during the process.
• It leaves a protective film on the components and machinery. 

LUBRINT Al is particularly indicated for milling, turning, and perforation on automatic and semi-automatic lathes and for all quick cutting operations for which an accurate finishing level must be obtained. The product’s dilution, required also to limit the emission of fumes, must be determined according to the type of process.

METHODS OF USE

LUBRINT Al G features low viscosity therefore it can be used as-is, without being diluted. The best results are obtained with the common method consisting in spraying the product, a system that is featured on almost all aluminium processing machines. For machinery not equipped with this system, the MINIDROP feature can be used, a spraying system that can be mounted on any machinery.
