DERKEMP FF is a water-based detergent, characterized by a very low propensity to generate foam.
It is effective in the removal of both particle deposits (lands, sludge, traffic films, fumes residues, etc.) and non-carbonized or dried oil.
The pH of the solutions for use respects a wide range of materials (metals and alloys, paints, rubbers, plastics). Its characteristics make it suitable for manual or automatic cleaning (CIP recirculation systems) of many types of fume filtration systems including candle filters. A suitable programmed and automated cleaning treatment of the filters maintains high performance efficiency and prolongs its long-term durability.

The product is readily soluble in water. The opalescence of the solution is a normal and desired phenomenon. The pure product has a reduced hazard profile (Irritant) while the solutions up to 30% aren’t classified according to the Reg. CE 1907/2006 (REACH) and CE 1272/2008 (CLP)

APPLICATIONS

For the cleaning of the fumes filtration systems

The different types of filters are sprayed by means of pressure nozzles with the solution of DERKEMP FF which can be stored in a tank and used for recirculation for a maximum indicative time of about one week depending on the pollutant load.
After this period the solution must be discharged and replaced with a new one. The filterable filtering systems are those of the type Flexifiber, Flexichevron and others.

For other applications
The product can be used on a wide range of hard surfaces to eliminate light dirt. Always rinse with clean water. Perform preliminary preparations for compatibility with the materials.

HOW TO USE

DERKEMP FF can be diluted in hot or cold water at concentrations from 10% to 25% (from 10 kg to 25 kg respectively in 90 kg and 75 kg of water) depending on the type of dirt to be removed. After preparing the most suitable dilution, apply the product for the necessary time with the chosen methodology (spray or manual). Rinsing is usually not provided in the case of candle filter cleaning.
DERKEMP FF can stand frost, store in original containers at temperatures not below 5 ° C
