DW 107 is a  detergent with a strong cleaning activity against numerous organic contamination  of mineral origin (eg. lubricants, cutting fluids) or animal and  vegetable origin.

DW 107 It is successfully used to clean the exterior of vehicles and motorcycles that internal (eg. engine compartments).

DW 107 for its particular formulation is capable of removing with great efficiency the protective polymer waxes from new vehicles.

DW 107 at normal use concentrations  (maximum of 20%) , is not dangerous for the operators.

Aqueous solutions of DW 107 are easily rinse-off and this makes the product safe even in the food industry.

METHODS OF USE

Dilute the product in water  between 5% and 20% depending on the contamination to be removed.

In the case where the product is used-to as dewaxing we are recommended to prepare solutions at concentrations ranging between 10% -20% in this case the best results are obtained by operating at a temperature of 50-60 ° C.

At concentrations and temperatures suggested the product is not aggressive against any surface including paints, plastics and metals such as aluminum also delicate.

Handling the solutions of product does not require special precautions, but it is recommended that you consult the relevant safety data sheet.

STORAGE

The product is preserved in the original containers for a period not less than 3 years
