BIOSAN HYPOCLOR is a product that is used in different industrial sectors because of the peculiar characteristics that distinguish it. In fact, it plays a proteolytic action on the residual proteins of many processes in the food industries. This favors the cleaning and degreasing action.

Thanks to the active chlorine BIOSAN HYPOCLOR shows a significant whitening power towards numerous substances responsible for producing stains that are difficult to remove from various substrates (floors, fabrics, hard surfaces, etc.). The product has a broad-spectrum sanitizing action (Gram + and Gram- bacteria, viruses and molds).

At room temperature, product solutions have contact times ranging from 10 to 20 minutes. Not containing surfactants it is easily rinsed and therefore this phase is accelerated and cheaper. The product is ideal for: slaughterhouse, dairies, fishmongers, cattle, pig and poultry farms, clinics, nursing homes and sanitation companies. For BIOSAN HYPOCLOR a registration application has been submitted for biocidal product according to the BPR regulation.

HOW TO USE

For the food sector: prepare an aqueous solution with 1-50% of product (10-500 gr / lt) as needed. First rinse all surfaces with cold water to remove the bulk of residues;

pour or spray the BIOSAN HYPOCLOR solution, leave for at least 5 minutes, pass with a plastic brush, then rinse with preferably warm water.

For farms: the treatment must be done in the absence of animals; spray a 1% solution (10 gr / lt) in the rooms.

The dosage should be increased in special cases.

For washing garbage bins: prepare a 5% aqueous solution (50 g / ltr); spray it directly inside the bins, wetting them evenly (to reduce the odors) leave to act for 15 minutes, after which, if desired, proceed with rinsing.

For the toilets: prepare a 1-3% aqueous solution (10-30 gr / ltr), preferably tepid; pass it on all surfaces with the use of brushes and / or sponges.

Rinse at the end of the operation.

WARNINGS: pay attention to the aluminum parts and their alloys, as well as to copper alloys (brass and bronze). Always test product solutions to ensure compatibility with materials. Always use personal protective equipment during use. The product has a shelf life of 6 months and is subject to a spontaneous decrease in concentration.
