Liquid product, with the function to disable and coagulating paints that are dispersed in the paint booths.
The product is active against any type of solvent-based paint: epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane, synthetic. polyester and others.
The KEMFLOC UP deactivates the gripping power of the paint dispersed in the water and therefore prevents it from sticking to the walls or the bottom.
The action of the product, moreover, transforms the dispersed particles of paint into lumps that float on the water and therefore easily removable by filtering or brushing.

HOW TO USE

Without dissolving the product in water beforehand, add it to the tank so that the final concentration corresponds to 1 Kg of product for every 300 liters of water, bearing in mind however that the high alkalinity suggests careful and accurate handling.
After the addition it is necessary to keep the pumps running for a few minutes to obtain a good diffusion of the additive in the tank.
The pH of the cabin water must be close to 10 and frequent checks will be necessary to establish the need for any product additions.
It is advisable to remove the floating paint frequently to avoid blockage of pumps and filters.

KEMFLOC DOWN

Inorganic flocculant to be used as a liquid additive in painting booths to clear and purify water.
The product has the function of attacking the particles of paint suspended in the water, which represent the cause of turbidity, and transform them into a soft mud, which precipitates on the bottom of the tank and which then becomes easily removable and no longer in a condition of to form encrustations.
The water keeps perfectly clear, doesn’t decay and allows to prolong the life of the tank considerably.
On the walls and on the bottom no more difficult to remove deposits are formed and pumps and pipes remain clean and efficient.

HOW TO USE:

The KEMFLOC DOWN is presented as a transparent liquid, with an alkaline reaction and in the pure state it must be handled with care. At the dilutions of use it is considered absolutely harmless.
Add 1 kg of product directly to the tank for every 300 liters of water, without making a previous solution. Determine the reintegration and the exact dosages of use according to the type of paint and the results obtained.
