KEMFLOC BNT is a product containing bentone, boasting remarkable coagulating properties with regards to water and solvent-based paints. The product, which is constantly addittivated is able to carry out its denaturing action also on resins which are difficult to treat.

KEMFLOC BNT is non toxic, non corrosive, therefore it is completely safe for operators. It maintains the water clean and clear. 

KEMFLOC BNT forms a non-sticky sludge which is easily removed, especially if combined to KEMFLOC PC in sedimentation and flotation treatments. 

KEMFLOC BNT is used at a concentration of 1-3 Kg per m³ of recirculating water; subsequent fill-ups are at a concentration of 3-10% of product in relation to the over spray. Automatic dosing is recommended; in case of manual dosing, fill-ups at short and regular frequencies are suggested. 

KEMFLOC PC

KEMFLOC PC is a product containing specific poly-electrolytes for dehydrating sludge coming from painting booths, properly treated with denaturants like KEMFLOC BNT.

KEMFLOC PC is non toxic, non corrosive, therefore it is completely safe for operators. It maintains the water clean and clear.

KEMFLOC PC creates highly dehydrated flakes easy to remove through filtration or air insufflation and subsequent overflow. 

KEMFLOC PC is dosed automatically before the sedimentation or flotation treatment.

The optimal concentration of KEMFLOC PC is determined through tests carried out directly on the water to treat; Kemper staff is available for preliminary tests.
