It is a specific formulation for the superficial treatment of copper and its alloys such as brass and bronze. METALDEC Cu has a polyvalent action and performs the following actions: descaling, deoxide, brillant and passive; this last feature is very important for this type of metal because it prevents the reform of the ugly oxidation patina.

The product is particularly suitable for the industries that produce: taps, handles, chandeliers, mortuary art, jewelery workshops and brass decorations.

In the galvanic industry and in the costume jewelery technique, the product can be used for pickling brass and copper before immersion in the electrolytic bath.

HOW TO USE

Immerse the pieces in the product as such for a time ranging from 30 to 60 seconds, depending on the extent of the inlay to be removed; at the end rinse thoroughly with water and go to a drying. If only metal pickling is required, immerse the pieces in a 50% aqueous solution of product (500 g / l). Leave them immersed until completely descaling, after which they should be rinsed.

WARNINGS: don’t use the product on aluminum, silver, magnesium, lead and related alloys.
