Kemphos HW is indicated as phospodegreaser in pre-painting operations on ferrous surfaces and not (aluminum, zinc, copper and its alloys).

KemphosHW is a liquid product immediately miscible with water. It can be easily added manually or automatically through special equipment.

Kemphos HW is formulated with degreasing surfactants and targeted phosphate salts that ensure the removal of oily contamination and the phosphatization of treated surfaces in one step.

In the case of particularly dirty surfaces, detergent power can be increased by adding Kemphos AD Wet.

Kemphos HW is hable to form on ferrous surfaces an iron phosphate layer having a high coating creating an average weight of phosphatic salts of between 0.9-1.4 g / m2, which is the optimal anchoring base for subsequent cycles of painting, and a good degree of protection against corrosion.

The Kemphos HW solutions are easily titratable using the appropriate kit.
