USES AND METHODS OF USE
Beverage industry.
For tanks, fermentation containers, pipes, pumps, pasteurizers, mixers. A good sanitation level can be achieved by using a 0.2-0.4% solution, keeping the product applied for at least one hour. Lower concentrations can be used if the surfaces are previously washed with hot water and if the product is left on for a few hours, or even overnight.
Dairy, frozen food and meat industries.
Previously wash equipment, grinding systems, knives and shelves using a tough detergent, then sanitize with BIOSAN BAC in 0.3-0.7% water solution. In this case, the product can also be used to sanitize air in enclosed rooms, using a specific spray nozzle with a 1-2% water solution. Foods must be removed from the area, and the machines must be covered using a PE film, in order to avoid corrosion phenomena.
Canteens, community centres, clinics.
Wash small equipment with a good detergent and then immerse it in a 0.2% sanitizing solution for a minutes. For small equipment, shelves, cabinets, fridges and work tables, spray a 0.2% solution and then dry using clean and sanitized cloths in a 2% BIOSAN BAC solution.
