BIOSAN CLORGEL is an alkaline chlorinated detergent that dilutes in water at appropriate concentrations to form a thixotropic gel strongly adhering to even vertical surfaces.
BIOSAN CLORGEL is particularly suitable for slaughterhouses daily cleaning and sanitation treatments in the food, bottling and dairy industry.
The particular conformation made by BIOSAN CLORGEL solutions allows to extend the contact times by allowing penetration and disintegration of difficult and obstinate dirt.
BIOSAN CLORGEL is able to remove protein and blood contaminants without any special manual intervention.
For applications on large areas, it is recommended to use mixers / dispensers, while solutions can be applied by brushes.
BIOSAN CLORGEL can be applied in gel form or by blowing air as foam gel, so it is easier to control the surface dosage.
BIOSAN CLORGEL solutions completely rinse without leaving any trace. Rinsing also requires reduced time, especially when compared to traditional foam products and minimal water quantities.
BIOSAN CLORGEL solutions can be titrated with a suitable kit.

HOW TO USE

 

BIOSAN CLORGEL is used at concentrations ranging from 4-10% depending on the degree and type of contamination.
Contact times vary from 15 min. up to 1 hour.
BIOSAN CLORGEL solutions at recommended concentrations are compatible with all types of stainless steel normally used in the food industry.
It isn’t recommended for use on aluminum and galvanized surfaces.
The product or its solutions should not come into contact with acidic substances even in diluted form.
 
STORAGE - SHELF LIFE
 
Store the product in original containers at temperatures between 10-25 ° C.
The shelf life of the product is limited to a period of no more than 6 months, as a deterioration of the characteristics.
