Anti-adhesive lubricant for "High Tech" industrial applications based on Boron Nitride.

Main physical and chemical characteristics:

Anti-adhesive: thanks to its strong ceramic consistency, it forms a resistant film, strongly anchored to each metal surface, with an exceptional non-stick action.

Resistance to temperature: well above the graphite, in oxidizing environment up to 800 ° -1.000 ° C, in a reducing environment even up to 2,000 °

Chemical resistance: it has an excellent chemical resistance against most of the molten metals.

Resistance to thermal shock: the film, once dry, has great resistance as it doesn’t break or crack even when subjected to sudden changes in temperature of hundreds of degrees centigrade.

Conductivity: the film that forms on the surfaces has an excellent thermal conductivity as opposed to a zero electrical conductivity (the film is an excellent insulator).

Safe: boron nitride is not classified as toxic or dangerous..

USE

 

The product is used as an anti-adhesive in aluminum extrusion, metal sintering release agent, diamond wheel molding, lapping tools, high vacuum lubricant, in use at temperatures> 1000 ° C in an oxidizing atmosphere, in the plastics sector, in the molding of loaded resins (glass, carbon, etc.)

 

HOW TO USE

DESINT CERAMIC is available in a 400 ml spray bottle.


Shake the bottle for 20-30 sec. Until the internal sphere flows freely.
Spray the product on the surfaces from a distance of 15-20 cm in order to form a light white layer, avoiding excesses. After 30-40 sec. the surfaces are ready for use.

Turn the can upside down and spray for 2-3 sec. in order to clean the nozzle.
