GREASE Al SPRAY is an anti-seizing, protecting and lubricating grease for very high temperatures and extreme pressures.
The product contains micronized aluminum particles that have the function of reducing friction between the coupled surfaces, acting as microscopic "ball bearings".
It behaves like an appreciable protective against corrosion and performs a perfect sealing action on gaskets and fittings that work at high temperature.

• It doesn’t leave carbon deposits.
• It resists up to 1200 ° C (2200 ° F).

USES

Industry: gaskets, bolts, die-casting systems, pneumatic hammers, couplings, fittings.

Vehicles: head clamping, injectors, nuts, valves, hydraulic and cooling systems.

Navy: bolts, cables, pulleys, transmission shafts and all the coupled parts in contact with saline atmosphere.

HOW TO USE

Apply the product on perfectly degreased and dry surfaces and preferably at room temperature.
Don’t exceed the dosage, but spread a very thin layer.

It is absolutely necessary, before spraying, to vigorously shake the cylinder to allow the steel ball contained to perfectly homogenize the product.

Using the bottle without first having sufficiently agitated may cause an irreversible clogging of the dispenser.

Spraying without first sufficiently shaking may result in irreversible obstruction of the dispenser.
Use the product only after energetic agita-tion. When finished, spray with the canister upside down until only gas is noticed to escape.
