Declaler that quickly eliminates limescale deposits and rust that form in condensers, cooling pipes, boilers, in all systems with water circulation for heating or cooling, and water curtain paint booths. It does not contain muriatic acid, it does not release harmful odours or vapours, therefore it can be used without any particular precautions. 

DESCAL LIGHT doesn't corrode ferrous metals and parts in rubber, cork or plastic material if used in concentrations lower than 20%, for application times no longer than 24-48 hours. In painting booths, in addition to descale the curtain panel, it unclogs the water recirculation pipes. It is slightly aggressive when used on metals like zinc, aluminium,

magnesium and relative alloys. Therefore the presence of such materials in the system must be verified in order to avoid inconveniences.

Discharge the water contained in the system and remove the coarser material; introduce a DESCAL LIGHT solution at 5-10% and circulate it for 1 or 2 hours, checking the pH. During this time, the product wears off and approx. 1000 gr of DESCAL LIGHT are required for every Kg of dissolved limescale. The pH must be checked during the descaling phase and the value must always be kept under 2, by adding fresh product regularly. 

For the treatment of painting booths, we recommend to use a large brush to easily remove the paint-scale built-ups. After discharging the solution, the system must be rinsed properly with clean water until obtaining a neutral pH, or using water with BUFFER PRODUCT.
