Softener specifically formulated for leathers and sole manufacturing processes, intended for lasting, crimping, and pressing processes. Thanks to its particular surface-active agents, it penetrates inside the leather’s collagen,thus favouring pressing without tearing the leather, especially the grains. It is non-corrosive and doesn't contain solvents that release harmful or flammable vapours.  The use of SOFT P allows saving on costs, thanks to the significant reduction of processing waste. The product is specific for the footwear sector and for working leather in general. SOFT P can be used in the following manufacturing phases:

• LASTING. In this process, SOFT P allows sustaining remarkable stresses, preventing the upper to tear.
• CRIMPING. Folding the leather subjects the material to remarkable stresses, therefore it is important to boast a safe softener that allows working the leather after the treatment, even for extended periods of time.
• PRESSING. This process is significantly sped up by applying the product, which leaves the leather smoother, shiny and soft.

METHODS OF USE

The product must be sprayed as-is, directly on the leather to protect, especially on the most delicate types. It can be diluted in other cases, by maximum 50%, carrying out tests before use.

WARNINGS: don't spray the product on leather parts that will be glued.
